Human Resources


The Human Resources department develops and implements programs to attract develop and retain diverse talent to support Webster and achieve our strategic goals. Human Resources sets and manages employee policies, procedures and processes which meet compliance requirements and support our We Find a Way culture. The Human Resources team includes professionals working in these areas:

Staffing – our staffing team works with management to determine hiring requirements, create sourcing strategies. They will manage the hiring process from applicant processing, through interviews, offers and onboarding for new employees.

HR Business Partners – our HR Business Partners act as advisors to line management on all human resources issues and decision making.

Compensation & Benefits – designs competitive programs to offer employees including base salary, incentives, stock programs, healthcare, retirement savings plans, life insurance and disability coverage. Organization Development offers a host of programs aimed at educating employees on product knowledge, financial tools and compliance issues. They also provide professional and leadership training to employees and managers.
