As a Market Manager at Webster Bank, I have the pleasure of playing a role in assisting customers to achieve their financial goals. My 12 offices in the greater West Hartford area work to deliver outstanding service to our clients as well as solutions to customers needs.
One key area of focus is in the development of relationships with business clients. The Webster discovery process involves pre-call planning using resources such as the First Research database; this valuable tool provides information on all types of businesses and aids in our preparation for the visit with the client. Our goal is to hold customer-focused conversations to better understand the needs of clients and offer customized solutions to meet their needs. At Webster, we put our customers first.
We partner closely with our business banking teammates to ensure our customers receive the best expert advice possible in areas such as lending, cash management services, and investment services to name a few.
