  • The Business Banker works to bring in new customer relationships to the bank as well as managing and growing the overall small business customer base. They provide critical support to branch personnel as a coach and mentor. Our Business Bankers focus on growing new customer relationships through business development efforts including Center of Influence prospecting, current customer referrals, out of branch prospecting, referral network development and target marketing to key industries.
  • The Small Business Sales Specialist is focused on supporting small business sales and retention efforts throughout the organization. They support the implementation of all sales training, business development efforts and credit efforts of branches within an assigned regional territory. They serve as a key liaison between Business and Professional Banking and the branches as mentors and coaches by working closely with market managers to drive small business within the organization.
