Daniel M. FitzPatrick

Executive Vice President, Head of Private Banking

Daniel M. (Dan) FitzPatrick heads Webster Private Bank, the division of Webster Bank responsible for serving the banking, lending, investment management, planning and fiduciary needs of high net worth clients, their families and related charitable entities across the entire Webster Bank footprint.

Mr. FitzPatrick has over 20 years' experience in the wealth management industry globally. Immediately prior to joining Webster Bank in late 2012, he served as Regional Managing Director for BNY Mellon Wealth Management's high net worth business in Fairfield and Westchester counties. Previously, he was an equity partner in Samoset Capital Group LLC, an early stage private wealth management firm in Darien, CT. Prior to that, he served as chief executive officer of Citi Trust, Citigroup Inc.'s global personal trust business. Prior to joining Citigroup, he established and led Goldman Sachs’ national trust business as Chairman, President and CEO of The Goldman Sachs Trust Company, N.A. Before joining Goldman, he headed Global Fiduciary Management at J.P. Morgan, where he was responsible for Morgan's trust and estate administration and related activities worldwide.

Dan began his career as an attorney with Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York. He received his A.B. degree, cum laude, from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. He is currently a director of Greenwich Emergency Medical Service, Inc. and a member of the Board of Governors of The Preston Mountain Club, Inc. He previously served as a member of the Board of Councilors of the American Association of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, USA (Knights of Malta) and as a Trustee of The HealthCare Chaplaincy. Dan and his wife, Helen, have three children and are long-time residents of Greenwich, CT.

Yves Cochez

Senior Vice President, Chief Investment Strategist

Yves Cochez joined Webster Private Bank as senior vice president and Chief Investment Strategist in May, 2013. Cochez is responsible for managing the Private Bank's portfolio management team and setting the overall direction of investment management for its high net worth clients. Additionally he serves in a leadership role in driving enhancements to Webster's high net worth investment management platform that will improve our ability to help our clients achieve their financial goals.

He has over twenty years experience including a number of senior investment positions across the globe with Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management including strategist level positions and as a member of the DB Private Wealth Management Global Investment Committee. He was awarded a Financial Analyst degree (maxima cum laude) by the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies (EFFAS), the European equivalent of a CFA designation. He holds Series 7 and 66 Licenses.

A native of Belgium, Yves earned his Bachelors and M.B.A. from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles (magna cum laude), in Brussels, Belgium. Yves is fluent in three languages – French (his native tongue), English, and Dutch. He is a resident of Mamaroneck, N.Y.

Timothy H. Throckmorton

Director of Fiduciary Services & SVP

Mr. Throckmorton joined Webster Private Bank as senior vice president and Director of Fiduciary Services in July, 2013. He is responsible for overseeing and helping to grow the personal trust, institutional trust and estate administration business. He is a key player and plays an important role in the design and implementation of enhancements to Webster Private Bank’s investment management and fiduciary administration platform.

Most recently, Mr. Throckmorton served as chief philanthropic officer for Wells Fargo Private Bank in Doylestown, Penn. Prior to that, he was a philanthropic market executive at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and chief trust officer at Merrill Lynch Trust Company in Pennington, N.J. He also served as vice president at U.S. Trust in Stamford, Conn., and was a trust and estates partner at Davidson, Dawson, and Clark, LLP and Hawthorne, Ackerly, and Dorrance, LLC both in New Canaan, Conn.

Mr. Throckmorton received his L.L.M. in taxation from Quinnipiac Law School, his law degree from New York Law School, and his Bachelors in finance and marketing from the University of Denver. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut. He is a frequent speaker and presenter on estate planning strategies and charitable topics and has a long history of being actively involved on local boards – from the performing arts to community foundations to environmental organizations. One of his lifelong passions is singing. Tim is a veteran of over fifty opera, operetta and musical productions.

Prior to U.S. Trust, he was a Senior Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP with over six years of experience concentrating in personal financial planning and family wealth planning. He also spent over five years as a tax attorney at CIGNA Financial Advisors’ (now Lincoln National) Advanced Planning department.

He is a member and a past director of the Estate and Business Planning Council of Hartford and of the CT Estate and Tax Planning Council, and a member of the Estate Planning Council of Lower Fairfield County and the Estate and Tax Planning Council of Eastern CT. He is a past member of the Planned Giving Advisory Board of the Foundation for the Advancement of Catholic Schools for the Archdiocese of Hartford, the Professional Advisory Board for the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving and the CT Council for Philanthropy. Ms. O'Hara holds Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designations and is Series 7 Licensed. She is a member of the CFA Institute and New York Society of Security Analysts. She graduated from Brooklyn College with a B.S. degree in Business Management and Finance and received her M.S. degree in Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning in Colorado. He received a Graduate Fellowship award as well as membership in Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society in Business, Management and Administration. Maria Scanlon

Gregg Sireci

Gregg brings over 28 years of credit and sales experience to Webster Private Bank. As a Senior Lender for WPB, Gregg provides for the commercial and consumer lending needs of WPB's high net worth client base. Gregg earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN, and underwent formal credit training with Connecticut Bank and Trust in 1989. Gregg is a past member of the Metro Hartford Alliance, West Hartford Rotary Club, West Hartford Chamber of Commerce, North Central CT and Tolland County Chambers of Commerce.

Gregg resides in South Windsor, CT with his wife and family. He is a lifelong musician and enjoys his avocation with friends and family in his off hours.

Peter M. Gabriel

Director of Relationship Management and Sales & SVP

Peter M. Gabriel leads Relationship Management and Sales at Webster Private Bank, the division of Webster Bank responsible for serving the banking, lending, investment management, planning and fiduciary needs of high net worth clients, their families and related charitable entities. In this new position, Gabriel will be responsible for managing client acquisition and relationship development activities across Webster's four-state footprint.

Gabriel has more than 20 years of experience serving the financial needs of high net worth clients. Before joining Webster, he served as senior vice president and wealth advisor in the Greenwich, Conn., office of The Private Bank at Wells Fargo where he was a top producer. In addition, during his tenure there, he served as The Business Bank channel coordinator, was a member of the Connecticut leadership team, and managed a Wealth Advisor associate program. Previously, he served as a private bank business development officer for Bank of Boston in Stamford, Conn., and as a stockbroker for D. Blech & Co. in Boston, Mass.

A resident of Old Greenwich, Conn, Gabriel received his bachelor's degree from Providence College and an MBA in Finance from Sacred Heart University. He is an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement, and Old Greenwich Riverside Community youth programs.

Eamonn Bransfield

In 2010 Eamonn joined Webster Private Bank where he has become an integral part of the portfolio management team. Mr. Bransfield is responsible for overseeing compliance related issues, calculation of portfolio performance, development of client reporting, in depth research of potential investment vehicles, and managing portfolios for high net worth clients.

He has been working in the financial services industry for the past 8 years. Eamonn started his career as a licensed broker at Constitution Corporate FCU in 2006 where he worked with credit unions to build high performing fixed income portfolios.

Eamonn graduated cum laude from Quinnipiac University in 2005 and is currently a level 2 candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
